• We deliver 7 Days a week to all areas
• Our standard delivery hours are 8.00am - 7.00pm (+7GMT)
• We operate same day delivery guaranteed for all orders nationwide placed before 10.00am local time. (+7GMT)
• Please state your preferred delivery time when you order however we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times between our delivery hours of 8.00am - 7.00pm but we do guarantee that your order will be delivered on the delivery date specified.
• We delivery to all Residential, Commercial, Public, Retail, and Government addresses
• It is VITAL that we receive a contact telephone number of your recipient so we can call in the unlikely event of a delivery problem.
• If we do have to contact your recipient by telephone we will not inform that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise. We will ONLY call if there is a problem finding the address or the recipient is not available when we deliver.
